The City Council asked us to devise a solution for their 'Fleet Management' policy document. It had to be durable, expandable and easily updated and able to withstand usage in an industrial environment. We sourced Polypropylene folders which are water and oil proof to hold the documentation, with Matt laminated stepped dividers to separate the document sections. As the documentation was likely to grow and be amended in the near future, we opted for digitally printed pages. That way we can easily update or replace outdated or damaged pages without incurring huge litho costs for the client.
