NCHA is one of the largest locally-based housing associations in the East Midlands, employing nearly 800 staff, managing nearly 7,000 properties and housing 10,000 tenants across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Rutland, Northamptonshire and Warwickshire. They approached us with a brief to produce a polyprop folder to enclose and protect their Tenants Handbooks. The folders were screenprinted in one spot colour on 800mic White Polypropylene, before being die-cut so shape and supplied flat for self-assembly.
