The latest set of brochures rolling off the production line for leading commercial developers, Sladen Estates, were these rather chunky, full-colour 8pp A4 landscape items. Printed on heavy 400gsm Matt paper, the outer cover was matt laminated and a repeat pattern picked out with spot UV to the face. In a very competitive environment, it is important that your brochures are distinctive yet not over-designed or too fussy. Sharp design needs to be married with the overriding aim of delivering pertinent information in an accessible way. As always, Sketch Creative get the balance just right.
